Fr. David Sizemore has been a Catholic priest since 1996 in the Diocese of Columbus. He has been pastor of St. John Neumann Parish since 2005, a fast-growing and dynamic parish, burgeoning with many spiritual growth opportunities for children, teens, young adults, married couples & families, and a variety of adult faith formation programs and discipleship groups. He is also an adjunct chaplain at Ohio Dominican University, and for five years was the Catholic Chaplain and Catholic Campus Minister at Ohio Wesleyan University. Prior to becoming a pastor, Fr. Dave served as associate pastor in three other diocesan parishes, St. Brigid in Dublin, St. Joseph Cathedral, and St. Mary in Delaware, and a pastoral year at Resurrection. He currently serves on a variety of diocesan boards, ministries, and programs, and holds four college degrees in philosophy, systematic theology, spiritual theology, and business administration. Fr. Dave simply loves being a priest, has a passion for God, praying with the Scriptures, studying theology, preaching and teaching the faith, pastoring and being around people who want help to grow closer to the Lord. He exercises regularly by jogging, biking, rowing and lifting weights, enjoys cooking and laughing, and likes to spend his free time with his family, friends and parishioners. Fr. Dave is grateful to God for the many blessing in his life, particularly the awesome SJN staff!
