Joe Munhall is Vice President of Commercial Lending and joined Commerce National Bank in 2011. He brings over fifteen years of banking experience to the Commerce team with a background in middle market commercial banking, commercial real estate lending, and automobile floor plan lending. Currently, Joe manages the commercial investment real estate group for Commerce.
Before joining Commerce, Joe served several other local banks in similar jobs after starting his banking career at Fifth Third Bank. Prior to becoming a banker Joe co-owned a Columbus automobile business and served in the U. S. Army Reserves.
A native of Worthington, Joe grew up in St. Michael Parish and is one of 10 children. After graduating from Bishop Watterson High School, Joe attended and earned a degree from Wheeling Jesuit University where he was a member of the varsity golf team. Joe and his wife Anna have been married for over 20 years, and they have four children. Katy (19, sophomore at Wheeling Jesuit University), Patrick (18, Senior at Bishop Watterson High School), William (10, 5th grade at Worthington Hills elementary), Maryn (6, 1st grade at Worthington Hills elementary). He and his family reside in Worthington where he is active at Our Lady of Peace Parish.
